- A spoonful of parsley
- A pinch of oregano
- A spoonful of sugar
- 2 garlic
First, in a large bowl, we will mix the ground meat and the pork until the two types of meat are well joined. The secret for the meatballs to be juicy is to make them with a proportion of 70% meat and 30% pork, so the pork meat will bring juiciness to the meatballs while they are cooking. Then, we will add to the bowl the eggs, three spoonfuls of breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper to taste. We finely chop the parsley and one onion and add it to the mixture (if you wish you can fry the onion first and this way it will give more flavor to the meatballs).
Now we will start making the meatballs with our hands, and to avoid the mixture sticking to your hands, sprinkle some wheat flour. Keep in mind that if you are going to eat children is good that the balls of meat are not very large.
